We can’t 100% guarantee you won’t get motion sickness. Motion sickness is caused by a difference between your actual and perceived motion. So, rather or not you will experience motion sickness will vary.

We clean and disinfect all equipment after every use, including the masks on our headsets, headset lenses. Our disinfectants are also qualified for use against COVID-19 (corona virus disease 2019) by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Sanitizing our equipment and facilities is always a standard procedure as health, safety, and cleanliness is a priority.

Providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and team members is more important than ever and is the top priority for us. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you come to Dellstar VR.
FOR GUESTS:
• We recommend playing with your family or regular group of friends
• Sanitizer stations for you to use before and after your experience
• Limited bookings to reduce contact between groups
• Wearing a mask
FOR TEAM MEMBERS:
• Team members wearing masks
• Increased cleaning times of frequently used areas
• Multiple hand sanitizer stations
CANCEL / LATE

Cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking will be issued a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations between 24-48 hours of your booking, will be charged a $10 cancellation fee Per Station, the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no shows on the day of will not be refunded
For Same day booking:
• 30 Min Sessions (each)- must cancel 1 hour before your session stars to receive refund minus $10 deposit. Any cancellation after cancellation period will not receive any refund.
• 1 Hour Sessions (each)- must cancel 1 hour before session starts to receive refund minus $10 deposit. Any cancellation after cancellation period will not receive any refund.
• 2 Hour Sessions (each)- must cancel 1 hour before session starts to receive refund minus $10 deposit. Any cancellation after cancellation period will not receive any refund.
• Changes to the booking are not guaranteed and are subject to availability of the requested time change. Please reach out to the store directly for opportunities to make changes to your booking. All rescheduled booking will require an additional deposit.

*Dellstar VR reserves the right to cancel any late arrivals as we see fit to accommodate other customers. Your deposit only secures a 15min window.
While we ask that you arrive 10-15min prior to your session. we understand things happen. Although, it can be difficult to accommodate some changes when we are booked up. This is why we ask that you anticipate things like traffic and weather.
If you arrive no later than 15mins after your session time was due to start. We will do our best to give you the full session time. If we are booked up your session will end early to accommodate customers that are arriving for paid sessions.
Anyone arriving 15-30 mins late, that time will be deducted from your paid session time. Obviously, if you have a 30min session your session will be forfeited with no refund.
For paid sessions of more than 30mins. Any late arrivals of more than 30min will be forfeited with no refund.

MGU, most be canceled within 24hr after deposit is payed. After 24hr deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the deposit will be credited to your Dellstar VR account. If paid in-full, booking most be canceled 2 weeks prior to booking date. 24hr deposit cancelation still applies. If canceled after deadline 25% will be deducted from balance, along with non-refundable deposit.
Game Play

Yes! We would love for you to share your experience with your friends and loved ones. You can ask your host to take photos and videos of you during the session.

All stations are designed to accommodate one player.

Guests must be:
• 8 Years or older to play
• Able to walk unassisted for 30 minutes continuously with full use of both hands. We do have games that can be played while sitting to accommodate those with disabilities.
• For guests under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must be physically present in the store during the session to sign a minor waiver form.

Unfortunately, if you only purchase one station only one person can play at a time. Although, you are allowed to share that station with one other person.
